About the Founders

Sam, a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, has led more than 200 real estate transactions spanning residential flips, creative finance, rental portfolios, and commercial acquisitions. His disciplined approach to investing anchors our work in strategy and long-term value. Jaclyn, a Baylor graduate, brings a background in branding, music, and design, along with years of hands-on renovation experience. She creates spaces that are both architecturally grounded and deeply personal. Together, we blend refined design with intelligent investment to build homes that are as enduring as they are beautiful.
Having lived across the country and now raising both our sons, Roman and Ephraim, in Arizona, we view Beckon not simply as a business, but as a legacy. Our work is shaped by a love of timeless European design, thoughtful stewardship, and the belief that what we build—whether a home, a portfolio, or a family life—should serve something greater than the moment. We are committed to creating spaces and opportunities that are sustainable, ethical, and built to last.
